Here are some tips to help you achieve a much-needed sleep:

· Limit time awake in bed to 5–10 minutes
· Ensure that your bedroom is quiet, dark, and a comfortable temperature
· Avoid tobacco and alcohol before bed
2. Poor diet
The easiest way to expel tiredness is to make a healthy diet. Eating a healthy and balanced diet can help to reduce fatigue.
By implementing some of these small changes you can change your diet
· Eat the right amount of calories
· Fill 50% of your plate with fruits and vegetables
· Less sugar
· Never skip breakfast
· Eat at regular intervals
· Drink enough water
3. Sedentary lifestyle
Daily exercise is much needed to reduce tiredness. If you have not exercised for a while, start slowly. Make a daily habit of at least 10-minute walk each day. Physical exercise can count toward your time spent doing exercise.
4. Excessive stress
Many situations can cause stress. Extreme stress can lead to physical and emotional tiredness lead to illness.
Try some of these tips:
· Identify the source of stress and try to solve it
· Learn to say no
· Communicate with others
· View situations in a different way
· Learn to forgive
· Put on some music and dance around the room.
